The Drew’s 1918 Wellington Composite Toe was built for the tradesman who puts his boots through hell every single day. From construction sites and fabrication shops to farms, warehouses, and industrial work floors, this is a no-nonsense pull-on work boot designed to take abuse without draining your paycheck.
“A Working Man’s Boot at a Working Man’s Price.”
Built with durable 5–6oz barn-resistant leather, the 1918 Wellington is tough enough for dirty, demanding environments while staying flexible and comfortable for long shifts on your feet. Inside, a leather heel counter gives the boot structure and long-term support, while the steel shank helps reduce fatigue and adds stability when climbing ladders, walking rebar, or working uneven ground.
At the toe, this boot features a lightweight Composite Safety Toe that meets ASTM safety standards for impact and compression protection without the cold transfer and added weight of steel toe boots. Whether you're on a commercial jobsite, in a shop, or working heavy equipment, this boot was built to handle the demands of real trade work.
Unlike disposable work boots loaded with foam and shortcuts, the 1918 Wellington is built with genuine leather Goodyear welt construction for durability that lasts. We also added our reinforced Safety Stitch construction — stitching directly through the toe of the outsole to help prevent sole delamination in one of the highest wear areas of the boot.
Finished with an oil and slip-resistant outsole for dependable traction on slick concrete, mud, oil, and wet surfaces, this is the kind of boot you lace—or in this case pull on—every morning because you trust it to do its job.
Features:
The Drew’s 1918 Wellington Composite Toe delivers serious jobsite protection, honest durability, and all-day comfort without the premium price tag.
