We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and JBC Banks.
Installments
Shop Pay, by Affirm, offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments, both online and in store. Installment options vary by store and can be used on orders over $35 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
Eligibility requirements and credit score
You must be over the age of 18, reside in the US, and be paying in USD to use Shop Pay Installments.
Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
Note: To use Shop Pay Installments you need a US shipping address.
Fees or penalties
For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.
You can pay your balance off early without penalty.
There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.
Returning an Item
Here are the basic steps for returning an item:
- Visit our return center here
- Simply pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible. Enclose a copy of the original packing list with the return merchandise. Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment.

Our Promise of Satisfaction
At Drew's we strive to earn your business and complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return it to Drews Boots where you can return or exchange for credit on any unused purchase received within 45 days with a receipt or online order number. We strive to earn your business as we have with our other Drew's customers for over 100 years in Oregon. As with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, we always are considerate of your point of view and strive to earn your satisfaction.
*Please note that custom boots will have a 30% restocking fee if measurements and tracing are not provided.
Price Adjustment Policy
We are happy to honor price adjustments on all orders placed on drewsboots.com to any advertised price on drewsboots.com within 14 days after the original date of purchase. Price adjustments will be honored by crediting the original purchaser via Drew's Boots Gift Card in the amount of the price difference. Please send an email to orders@drewsboots.com if you would like to request a price adjustment.
Package Protection Information/Policy
For added peace of mind, we offer Package Protection at a nominal fee of $7.99. By opting in for Package Protection, your shipment is guaranteed against loss and damage. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefit of unlimited returns for applicable products. This means you can shop with confidence, knowing that your purchase is protected.

Returns:

Opting Out:
Should you choose to opt out of Package Protection, please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs through our designated portal.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable, including custom boots, final few items, closeout items and built-to-order boots. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
What is the Return/Exchange policy?
All merchandise, except gift certificates and closeout items, can be returned in the original packaging materials. We will happily refund the purchase price of any stock items that do not satisfy you within 45 days. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise is not refundable. Any closeout items can be sent back within 45 days for store credit only. We do not accept worn articles for refund, credit or exchange. We do not ship orders until the exchange is received.
ANY RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND NOT USED OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME. IT IS OK TO TRY ON YOUR ITEMS INSIDE YOUR HOME TO DETERMINE THE FIT. STATE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO RESTOCK USED BOOTS OR CLOTHING. A RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY IF THE ITEMS ARE SPECIAL ORDERED AND UNABLE TO RETURN TO OUR SUPPLIERS. DO NOT WEAR YOUR NEW BOOTS OUTSIDE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THEY FIT. SPECIAL ORDER, BOOT REPAIR OR CUSTOM BOOTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. A 30% RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY.
It is our intention to provide you with the best quality product, in the most convenient way, delivered to you in the best condition within a reasonable amount of time. If, by chance, you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace this item promptly at no additional cost to you. In this event, Drews Boots will pay the shipping costs.
Upon receipt of a damaged or defective product, please call our Customer Service Department at 1.800.722.0393. A specialist will be happy to assist you in correcting the error. Please supply the Customer Service Representative with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original package.
